The stainless steel insert that surrounds the grill itself can be cleaned with any mild detergent and a clean cloth; alternatively there are various high quality stainless steel cleaning fluids on the market that also work very well.

The table surround is coated with a protective coating to prevent scratching and any pitting from salt water or the atmosphere (aluminium can rust contrary to popular belief!); as a result this should be just wiped clean, again with a mild detergent and soft clean cloth.

Do not use any abrasive scourers or cleaning fluids as this will damage the finish on the table.
